Lt. Gov. Billy Nungesser says that it is important to receive emergency funding for fishermen who have nothing right now due to the algae bloom in Lake Pontchartrain and the opening of the Bonnet Carre Spillway that affected the salinity levels of Lake Pontchartrain and the Mississippi Sound.
